All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee.
The fee is for the time and date booked by you. However, you can request to make changes up to 2 working days prior to your appointment (changes must coincide with salon opening hours). You will be given ONE opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge (within the same service category as the original appointment) up to 8 weeks from your original appointment. Confirm within 72 hours or your booking fee money is kept.
Any further changes will require a new booking fee.
If you reschedule an appointment with less than 2 working days of notice, the booking fee will be retained, and you will need to pay a new booking fee for a new appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice or do not show for an appointment, you will be expected to pay the remaining 50% of the advertised cost. No bookings will be taken for appointments until paid.
To cancel an upcoming appointment, please do so in WRITING via email only to email@example.com.
Voicemails will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Please note if you arrive to an appointment and have forgotten to collect a patch test, the full balance will be due, and you will need to rebook if you want another appointment. Patch tests are essential for ALL new clients.
If you have any issues with treatments, please contact us within 48 hours by email to rectify this. Only one discount may be used per treatment at a time.
All December bookings will require FULL payment to be taken to secure your appointment slot. All policies still apply, and no refunds are given. This applies during the festive period due to a high volume of last-minute cancellations.

HD Brows without a tint can be performed on clients aged 13 years and over with written parental consent. You must be aged 16 or over to have HD Brows with tint, Brow Lamination Treatments, Lash Lift and Tints, and Lash Extensions.
You must be aged 18 or over to make appointments for Anti-Wrinkle (Botox) Injections, all Facial Treatments, Dermal Lip Fillers and Brow Microblading.

Please arrive for your appointment at the time you have booked.
If you arrive for an appointment early, we cannot guarantee we can see you prior to the booked time. If you are late by 10 minutes or more, appointments will be cancelled, and your full treatment cost will be retained. If you have paid a booking fee, then the remaining balance would need to be paid.
Any new appointments will require a new booking fee.
All new clients for Eyebrow Treatments require a patch test no less than 48 hours prior to their booked appointment. This must be completed, or your appointment will not go ahead. A patch test is still required if you had HD Brows or Brow Lamination previously undertaken elsewhere.
A patch test is then required every 6 months thereafter.
Lash Lift Treatments
All new clients for lash lift treatments require a patch test no less than 48 hours prior to their booked appointment. This must be completed, or your appointment will not go ahead. A patch test is still required if you had a Lash Lift and Tint previously undertaken elsewhere.
Lash Extension Treatments
You do not need a patch test for Lash Extensions. However, if you would like a patch test, we will gladly accommodate this. The patch test is completed in person and will be required no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to have one. It usually takes no more than 30 minutes to complete. If you wish to have a patch test for Lash Extensions, contact us to arrange this.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have an imminent special event, we would recommend a patch test, especially if you haven't had Lash Extensions previously. If you have had an allergic reaction to any type of Lash adhesive before, please contact us to discuss this before you book an appointment.
If you require your patch test to be posted, we require a minimum 10 days of notice. There will be a £7 charge for postage of a single patch test and a £10 charge for postage of a lash patch test and a Brow patch test.
Our ability to post patch tests will depend on circumstances and this is not a guaranteed service. Please note that a patch test does not guarantee that you will not experience any type of reaction during your treatment.
It is possible that you can have no reaction to a patch test, but then go on to react to a product during or after a treatment. Overexposure to a product over a sequence of treatments, or over any period of time, can still occur, potentially resulting in a reaction or an allergy to a specific product.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF, you will not be able to have your Eyebrows Tinted. However, you will still be suitable for the rest of the HD Brows Treatment.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF, you will not be able to have a Brow Lamination Treatment.
If you have had a previous reaction to either HD Brows or to Brow Lamination Treatments in the past, please make us aware of this when booking.
Lash Lift and Tint Treatments
If you have had a previous reaction to Lash Lift Treatments, please make us aware of this when booking. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or having IVF, you will not be able to have the Lash Lift and Tint Treatment.
Lash Extension Treatments
If you have previously had any type of reaction to a Lash adhesive, please make us aware of this prior to booking an appointment.
Lip Filler and Botox
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding these treatments are not suitable for you. You must be 18 or above. Please contact us prior to your appointment if you are on any medication, antibiotics or have any on going medical conditions.
